Good day,
Its not urgent, but perhaps you should put more info on the game description? The small paragraph is a bit short no?
As a few examples, you could talk about:
- The current word count/ chapter count / roadmap / planned future content.
- Any features/ stats / skills (a bit more info on the body, wits or violence choice)
- Since it's a nsfw game, all the sexual kink and fetish that are in the game.
- Even a few sentences about yourself if you want. Like a "About the author" paragraph + Discord/patreon/Suscribestar, etc links down the line.
Overall, just more information on the game to give us a better idea of what it is and the direction it's going toward.
It's going to be the introduction to the game and if made right, can be used as a nice hook. Nobody is going straight to the download without reading what this is about. Thus, I feel like it's still quite important.

Pretty good actually. I like that you can be hyper-sexual right from the start and I like the general plot.
Improvements: More background images, even if Ai. Something to establish where you are at each scene would be nice.
I also wouldn't mind a profile image of your character that changes expressions with each scene. LIke normal, horny, during sex, after, etc. The faces can really bring a lot to the text adventure. if that's too much, Ignore this, lol. But it's something I think would be a nice touch.
The background image idea certainly sounds nice and should be something I can implement.
